STUDY IN BELGRADE

MobiOn – The online mobility platform of the University of Belgrade

The University of Belgrade has created an online software platform "MobiOn" in order to facilitate the registration procedure for incoming candidates and application procedure for outgoing candidates.

This means that the potential incoming Erasmus+ applicants are required to use MobiOn in order to apply for mobility having previously been nominated by the relevant International Coordinator of their home university (e.g.: Erasmus+ Office, International Relations Office, Global Mobility Office, etc.) to the International Relations Office of the University of Belgrade following the official nomination procedure (please see the nomination, application and selection process explained in the menu on the left, in the section Administrative Procedures).

The International Relations Office of the University of Belgrade or any Faculty/School of the University of Belgrade do not accept direct mobility applications from foreign students or staff.

At the moment MobiOn supports only Erasmus+ mobility. For other mobility types please check the menu on the left and visit the sections referring to specific mobility options as well as the Administrative Procedures.

How to use MobiOn

The "MobiOn" platform requires you to create an account in order to be able to access the application form and submit the requested documents. All information the candidates provide is used exclusively to rank them as participants of Erasmus+, as defined and authorized by the University of Belgrade.

You do not need to finish the application at one sitting; rather, you will be able to access your application frequently before you finally submit it for our review and ranking. Once your application has successfully been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and the number your application has been submitted under. Please keep this number, as you may need it for future reference.

In order to apply for mobility, please follow these steps:
Step 1 – Check the availability of mobility offered
Step 2 – Check the Required Documents Section
Step 3 – Apply online using MobiOn
