There are two types of student mobility: credit mobility and full degree seeking. Teaching and administrative staff can also take part in exchange programs.
How to apply?
Please note that the University of Belgrade needs to receive a nomination letter for every mobility candidate, issued by the central International Relations Office (or equivalent service/body) of the candidate’s home institution, in order for us to further process your application!
Upon receiving the official nomination letter from the relevant office of the candidates’ home institution, the nominated candidates will be requested to register online using the platform of the University of Belgrade: mobion.bg.ac.rs
Only the applications of officially nominated incoming candidates will be taken into consideration and processed further. This practically means that the respective E+/ECTS coordinator evaluates incoming applications directly at the platform that automatically generates acceptance letter with the names of accepted foreign candidates. After the dully signed acceptance letter from the UB faculty/institute is received, the UB IRO officially informs the foreign partner of the selection results.
At the University of Belgrade, the learning agreements for the mobile students are managed by E+/ECTS coordinators at the respective UB faculty/institute, with the support of those departments relevant for the respective academic fields.

Similar to students, teaching and administrative staff can also take part in mobility programs. The main difference from student mobility is the duration of the mobility, which may lasts from 5 days up to two months, depending on the type of the chosen mobility.
Teaching and administrative staff can take part in exchange on the grounds of bilateral cooperation agreements or projects which foster student and staff mobility (ERASMUS+ and CEEPUS).
Thank you for choosing the University of Belgrade!
